Market Square
We have transformed an area of ground at Market Square, Dumfries which had previously become run down and overgrown. Here we work with community groups and the landowner.
Accessibility
A wheelchair accessible paved area has been formed, complete with seating area, planters and flower beds. This area is maintained by People’s Project volunteers.
Information boards depicting the history of the area have been created by one of the volunteers. 4 new trees have also been planted.
